I applied to GW's 7 year BA/MD program last year and got in. I got help with my application from a company called Application Prep. (www.applicationprep.com) I highly recommend if you are looking for some help with your essays, interviews, etc. Most of their consultants are real doctors, many of which went through BA MD programs themselves. They really helped me every step of the way with everything from assessing what schools I should apply to, revising my personal statement, and doing mock interviews with me.
What do you want to do for a career? These are all very different fields of study. Generally, your masters is close to the same subject as your bachelors.
Did you know that you're chances of entering medical school are roughly 10%? It's exam time thus you'd be better off studying and thinking about simply getting admitted in the first place. But Baylor is highly recognized.
If you are going to be a doctor why would you waste time getting your nursing degree? Nursing school is for those wishing to be nurses.
A good job is one that you enjoy. You want to work in a job that gives you job satisfaction, not merely one that provides a hefty paycheck. Don't rush things. If you are just starting off in college, register for your core classes. From there, you'll see what you're good at and what you enjoy. Take more of those classes and a major will present itself. It's almost always better to pursue a graduate degree as well, so be sure you keep those grades up.
Good luck.

No such thing in health care.. you would not want to be treated by a health care professional that "won" his degree in the online lottery, do you?
Look up a legitimate job college like Heald:

I know in my area my local medical school hires many medical assistants. Other areas:
*hospitals (you can also apply as a lab assistant….my brother's girlfriend does that and she was a med assistant)
*physician's office
I am a newly graduated certified pharmacy technician, and I had to learn the hard way that hospitals prefer their applicants WITH hospital experience. I am going to be volunteering at my local hospital pharmacy department in order to gain that hospital experience and hopefully get my foot in the door for future employment. You should consider volunteering at your local hospital maybe once or twice a week so that you gan get that hospital experience (that's if you want to work in a hospital setting) and also your foot in the door with possible full-time/part-time employment.
Good luck to you in your studies and your future career! I hope all your dreams come true!
