This is recognized by Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, UAE and also affiliated by Federation of the Universities of the Islamic World (FUIW). This is control publicly by state and with programs like art and humanities, engineering, medicine and health, business & social science.
University of Wollongong: Founded in 1993 and Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, UAE, university of Wollongong is established in Dubai, city of population of 1,000,000-5,000,000.
Gulf Medical University: this is founded at 1998, known as suburban and private control universities. There are 500-999 enrollments along with staff of 50-99 in Ajman, city of 50,000-249,999 population.
Ajman University of Science & Technology: this is founded in 1988, recognized with Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, UAE affiliated along with Federation of the Universities of the Islamic World (FUIW), private control universities.

Hey, I have lived in Austria all my life (except right now) and I think that the only way you can get it "free" is by being a resident of the country. But all the tuition is covered by taxes which are dang high, and when you area a resident you have to pay them. At least, thats what people have told me while I lived there.

Generally speaking, PT is not an "easy" program to get into. Typically, programs have a competitive entrance policy…meaning just because you've met the requirements as an undergraduate does not guarantee you will be admitted to the graduate level program. Schools often state a minimum GPA of 3.0 or 2.5, but realistically, students who are admitted have a much higher GPA…typically 3.5 or higher. Furthermore, they have letters of reference, have taken the GRE, may have sat for an interview, etc…whatever the school requires.
However, there are some "direct" admit programs. This means that students are admitted at the freshman level and are allowed to remain in the program through the graduate phase, as long as they maintain the appropriate GPA and course load.
