You ignore numerous other medical schools round the world, examples being those in Cambridge and Oxford. But you have good medical schools due to investment. But, the American Healthcare system fails loads.

Let me know if my facts are wrong, but please provide proof.`

It is a fact the best schools are in the US with Harvard, U of Penn and John Hopkins leading the way because many nations such as India and China does not require would be doctors to get a graduate degree but are instead in medical school straight from high school.
Here is your list.

King Edward Medical University Pakistan
whats MSF?
Like Matt said – but those two are both in the US. If you specifically wanted to study medicine in the UK, probably the best is Cambridge. Bear in mind that medicine degrees work differently in the UK – over here medicine is an undergraduate degree.
Residencies are far more important in making good doctors, but the most prestigous schools are Harvard, John's Hopkins, U of Paris, Cambridge, and Bologna among many others. Residencies in the states make you stay 80 hours a week (used to be 100), with at least 12 hours off if you work 24 hours in a row, and at least one day off. Medical school varies with the course, but you tend to study at least 4 hours a day M-F outside of class. More on weekends.
I'm sure there would be British medical schools in the top 10, if there was such a list. There is really no point in doing so, because most schools don't accept non-citizens. I would assume Oxford or Cambridge would be up there. To go to Harvard or John Hopkins you need to be among the best in the US. Feel free to shoot for them, but don't be disappointed if you don't get in. Be proud if you even get into medical school. 40 thousand kids a year think they want to go to Harvard and JH, only 200 do. http://medschoolfordummies.blogspot.com gives you plenty of advice. Shoot for a 4.0 in college.
