A medical blog can be a great resource for any physician at any stage of education. It brings together a great discussion forum and various resources that can help.
What is a medical blog?
A medical blog is a web log that discusses various medical topics and provides great resources for all physicians.
What should the best medical blog consist of?
-discussions of various medical topics
-a forum for all physicians at any stage of training to contribute or ask questions
-help pre-med students decide if medicine is right for them
-choosing the right medical school and getting into it
-resources that help students cope with medical school
-help medical students choose the right residency
-education to help residents cope with the tough residency years
-planning for the job after residency and the skills needed
As I went on my long journey to become a physician, I did not feel that I had the proper guidance. It seemed every time I needed an answer, I had to search deep and wide to find it. Not many were honest about their experiences in medical school, residency, and as an attending. There was so much uncertainty. What do I study? How long should I study? What books are the best? How do you balance medicine and life? These and a ton of other questions were always on my mind. I had to actively go and seek out the answers and a lot of times there was no direction, no clear answer. That’s why I wish I had a medical blog that guided me through my medical education. I feel that everyone that goes through medicine needs some direction. A medical blog is a great solution to this problem..especially the best medical blog.
Hope you all the best!

Help answer the question about medical schools
What are the acceptance rates of Caribbean medical schools?Hi, I've heard that Caribbean schools have a somewhat larger acceptance rate than American medical schools. Is this true, and if so, what are the acceptance rates?

I, too, have MS. These are some of the things I have learned over the last nine years:
Many of the MS organizations offer programs and assistance. The National MS Society has monetary programs/grants as well as an equipment loan closet. The MS Association of America offers free cooling equipment to people with MS, as well as a program that you can apply to have your MRI paid for. They also do a home modification program. The MS Foundation, in addition to offering free cooling equipment to people with MS, offers the Brighter Tomorrow grant. It is a grant (I believe up to $1000) that can be used for a variety of reasons, with the desired outcome of making that person's life with MS easier. Here are the websites for these organizations:
http://www.nationalmssociety.org
http://www.msaa.com
http://www.msfocus.org
There are probably other local organizations that offer help but I don't live in Texas so I am not familiar with them.
As far as Betaseron, I see on their website (www.mspathways.com) that they have a program for reimbursement and/or assistance with insurance coverage. Their toll-free number is 1-800-788-1467.
Montel Williams is also involved with a prescription drug assistance program (Partnership for Prescription Assistance – PPA). The website is http://www.pparx.org.
Lastly, I suggest you find out if there is a local MS support group in your area. The leaders of these groups are often a great source of information.
I hope this information helps.
You can find many web designers at website like http://getafreelnacer.com/ , you can just post your
project at the website and let many web designers bid for your project.
You can hire whoever you like.
Do not pay any money afront however.
NObama Bin Biden
You are brilliant. The numbers speak for themselves. Thank you!
McCain / Palin
It sure won't help it. How can taking money out of the economy help grow the economy?..
McAmerican,…which is NOT Obama or Joey boy…
McCain all the way. Obama couldn't carry McCain's water
McCain/Palin, of course.
I've studied all of this and there is no doubt in my mind as to who TRULY stands for change and who will put into place his Marxist ideals and drain the resources of the small business person and tax payer!
